Maybe the bed, could be better and no noisy. Wifi service is only available near reception.

It's inexpensive, close to Naama Bay, the room is spacious enough, I liked the view from the pool side, the staff are very nice.

The room equipment is very old and used, including linen, sloppy renovation. Bathroom equipment is the same or worse. Windows are dusty. Couldn't eat the food. Long stairs to get up from Naama bay.

the staff were so friendly and welcoming and they helped us at every point from checking in, showing us to the room, calling taxis and trip organisers for us, swans on the bed, etc etc etc!! pool was nice and big and access to a beautiful private beach! it’s amazing value for money! the rooms are nice and comfortable.

there were some parts that were a little run down but it didn’t put me off the venue at all, it was for example a closed down shop in the middle of the resort stuff like that but it really wasn’t an issue but if I had to make a comment on something I didn’t like that would be it

the stay was delightful. the staff, speciall mr Ahmed Magdy and wahid were so helpful and friendly

really I would like to thank management of hotel for choosing very professional staff Mr. Ahmed MAGDY very helpful respectful quiet person helpful for all guest inside hotel also Mr. MoHAB security manager alert for guest all very save place thanks a lot for all staff

It is in city center, they give a entrance ticket for kalimera beach. The beach was amazing.

It should be more clean.

1. Relatively сheap price for Naama Bay district. 2. Big room with a big window.

1. The hot water was enough only for 1 person in the room. 2. There was only 1 lamp in the whole room. 3. There were rusted things in a bathroom. 4. There is not comfortable access to the hotel by foot from a main road of the city - 200 steps up or down. 5. No WIFI in the hotel. 6. There was not cleaning service in the room. 7. There was a broken door in the bathroom. 8. Cold water in a swimming pool. 9. There is poor groomed territory of the hotel. 10. We received a phone call from a reception of the hotel in 1:00AM because somebody lost keys of his room. 11. Very old furniture. 12. In the 2nd night one of electrical sockets stopped working.

the location of the property is perfect, it’s in the heart of sharm elsheikh

not clean at all, very poor lighting, the furniture is very old. the stairs from naama bay to the hotel are very tiring that we had to go a very long way to avoid them

The room wasn't clean and there was cockroach and spider .

Everything, the buffet and food was very bad, no ATM, everything written and said was a lie, the receptionist was so rude, the beach is too far

Good location of the hotel. Basic facilities are there, hot running water for shower.

Staff training for offering a better overall experience to hotel guests is desperately needed. There's very poor and little communication about guests purchased services among staffs and the way they make customers feel was not a nice way. Staffs talk loudly near guests room in early morning which could be a bit annoying. Facilities wise, cleaniness are ok. Room looks old, noise cancellation is horrible, bed linens are old, there's no wifi in room.

The reseption man very good and location good but other things very bad I don't like impossible 4 stars even not 2 stars

i had problems with cleaning and hot water and here they mention that check out between 12 p.m and 1 p.m but they called to check out before 12 p.m

Its very far from the beach, service very bad although for All Inclusive reservation. They don't even offer drinking water nor there is hot water for making shower. Room service very poor in cleaning the room.

They have a nice view and short way to Neama Bay

Unfortunately the food wasn't good and stuff wasn't helpful and the 4oom service so weak there was a water leak by the air condition

If you need to check into a hotel to disappoint your birthday trip, this is a good start! After spending 15 hours in a plan, then taking a bus from Cairo to Sharm ( around 7 hours) and finally "trying" to check in into the hotel at 11:00 pm. I was for a big SURPRISE!! They demanded for me to pay cash because their credit card system was not "working", so they told me to go into the city and withdrawal money and come back to check in. After spending more than a day traveling what I needed was a room to check in, take a shower and sleep, not to go in the middle of the night to some ATM. I explained that I would go in the morning to get the cash but still no accommodation was granted. The front desk agent called the "manager" and nothing was resolved. I was stranded in the middle of the night, restless and with no place to stay. I had to book a last minute hotel somewhere else, walk to the street with my baggage and try to get a taxi to head out...

The whole experience was absolutely disastrous!

The day I left the hotel

Worst hotel in a while where we have been. It should have 4 stars, but in reality it is more like 1 and a half. More details in the pictures, but this place does not have even light in the rooms. We had to ask them to bring some desk lamps to get at least some light in the room. Most horrible things in the room was leaking ventilation which they tried to fix, but did not succeed even to do this. Sink in the room was leaking, even the toilet bowl had a crack in the bottom. During the night gigantic cockroaches came - killed 2 of them. This hotel seems to be in the brink of the collapse - there is even a sign that it is for sale, so I suppose they run this place till they sell it or till it becomes totally unusable. Rooms were extra dirty with some large stains on the walls. All metal objects in the bathroom were rusty like in some old prison. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT SOME COMFORT FOR YOUR VACATION.

Dirty hotel they don’t care about the level of cleanliness or infection control I had a Problem with the staff because the level of cleanliness and i have a pictures for the level of the cleanliness i told the receptionist this problem and he was impolite and didn’t care i will contact the travel agency in Kazakhstan and send the the picture of the of the bed ( i leave in Germany and i didn’t come to your poor hotel to allow visits with no legal relationship but to enjoy the sea and the location) poor hotel poor educated staff and bad atmosphere will never come again
